Was referred to Ferguson Moving & Storage by a family member whom had their move handled by Ferguson a few years ago, and came highly recommended. The move manager, Juville, was friendly, timely, and professional. She was always available and quick to answer any questions we had. The prep was great as well, showing up one day prior to disassemble and wrap furniture, and help us with some final packing. The moving team was right on time, and the team of 6 handled our move with a very high level of professionalism. They were friendly, and very polite. I would highly recommend using Ferguson!

We recently moved from the lower mainland to Vancouver Island. We first dealt with Quinn, their sales representative. During the initial site visit he was very thorough and provided us with an all inclusive, detailed fixed price quote which was easy to understand. At our request our furniture was stored in their warehouse for two months prior to delivery to our new home. If we needed information Quinn was readily available to answer our questions. At the time of pickup and delivery Mohammed and his team carefully wrapped and unwrapped our belongings without damaging a thing. It was a challenging

Tom, Mohamed, Ted & Gary were fabulous in that they were very attentive to my moving concerns, packed the truck carefully and efficiently, labelled things to get them to the right place, worked hard a for ten hours and communicated clearly. During the offload, if something was placed into the wrong room, they happily moved it. They were polite, friendly, careful, efficient, neat and thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend them!

We found Ferguson's to be extremely helpful throughout our moving process, from making the initial quote and explaining how they would work to when the team finished delivering and placing our goods at the end. Nothing was too much trouble, goods were packed safely and well, the team were very polite and pleasant to work with and could not have been more helpful and considerate. On the basis of our experience we would certainly use Ferguson''s again and would recommend them to others. Thank you Ferguson''s for making our house move go so smoothly!

Ferguson were professional and responsive from start to finish. My move manager Quinn was terrific, if he was not available to answer my call he got back to me very quickly, answered my questions and made things happen. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Fergusons storage option is safe and secure and when I needed to access my pod staff were waiting for me with my pods moved to the floor ready to help. No hidden costs, the quote is detailed and does not change.
