What areas do you service?
We operate throughout the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, and Whistler. Our service area also extends to Victoria and Campbell River.
Do you offer packing materials?
Yes, we provide all necessary packing supplies including boxes, bubble wrap, and packing paper. Custom crating is available for oversized or fragile items upon request.
Are your movers trained for specialty items?
Our team receives specialized training for handling delicate items like antiques, artwork, and electronics. We use reinforced packing materials and secure transport methods for these valuables.
What insurance options exist?
Basic cargo insurance covers $1.32 per kilogram with a $250 deductible. Additional coverage is available for $25 to waive the deductible. Valuables like jewelry require separate home insurance coverage.
How do you handle furniture assembly?
We disassemble and reassemble furniture as part of our standard service. This includes bed frames, modular office systems, and complex cabinetry. All hardware is organized and stored securely during transit.

Well first of all Tyler, Bobby and Tom showed up on time, were easy to work with and very responsive to any requests. They took great care in wrapping my railings and all my household goods to prevent damage to either the house or the household goods being moved to Nanaimo. They worked diligently throughout the day and had to overcome many obstacles as we progressed. Their overall professionalism, courtesy and responsibility was excellent. I could not be more pleased with the move and highly recommend them to any future customers. You should be very pleased and proud to have these three outstanding

From my initial phone call with Lily, the Senior Coordinator she provided me the confirmation of my preferred moving date and time, hourly rates and details for my move. Movers arrived on time and Lily was also on site at the pick up and new location. The movers were courteous, personable and made sure all our needs were met. They took great care and upon arrival at new location moved all furniture and boxes seamlessly and within the expected time.
