During this unprecedented snow fall in Vancouver, these guys came to my rescue. When my original movers cancelled. I have an insanely steep hill getting to my townhome. On this morning, after 6 inches of snowfall overnight, even my suv wasnt able to make it up successfully. I had spoken to Marshall in the morning, letting him know of the treacherous hill. He told me that he had made a commitment to me, and as a professional, he would keep his commitment. His crew spent two hours getting the truck up the hill. Shovelling, salting, and doing whatever they could to get the job done. I have never

Harvest Project would like thank the owners and team at Big Brother Moving in North Vancouver for their big heart and amazing commitment to their local community. In the last week we received the help of this dedicated family business to move all equipment and goods for our Annual Clothing Pop-Up Sale. This amazing team moved over 100 racks of clothing, 150 totes of shoes, along with many tables, chairs and counters for this fundraising event in the Shipyards Pipe Shop in Lower Lonsdale. The team of 6 movers and 2 trucks donated 8 hours of their time for set up and tear down of this event. This

100% recommend! Weve had some bad experiences with movers and Big Brothers were the complete opposite. Professional, friendly, and very efficient doing a difficult move. Extremely pleased.

I hired Big Brother Moving to move our apartment and could not have been happier. Sam and his crew did an excellent job. They got us moved quickly without any damage to our belongings or either home and were always kind and professional. I have already recommended Big Brother Moving to a friend and would not hesitate to hire them again.

We've been using Big Brother's Moving Services for some time now at Providence Health Care and couldn't be happier with the excellent service they provide, both onsite and from the administration team. They really care about their business and do an outstanding job every time. The onsite team know their way around the hospital as if theyve worked here awhile. They need very little direction, they take initiative and do everything in a professional and friendly manner. Their customer service skills are superior. Thank you!

Big Brother's was excellent! I can't recommend them enough. So professional and courteous. We were moving from an apartment on the 10th floor to a 4 level townhouse. They manage to move all the furniture in and out of elevators and up very narrow stairs with tight corners. We had a king size bed and big dressers that had to go all the way to the top! No problem for these guys. No damage to furniture or walls. They were SO CAREFUL! Thanks Big Brother Moving.

Wow. First time using a moving company, and I was truly blown away by Big Brothers. I was quoted crazy expensive costs from other companies to move my two bedroom apartment, and when I spoke to Big Brothers about my nervousness around surprise fees, they were fair and honest and offered me a flat rate at a VERY reasonable price. They arrived with a team of 4 movers, and an enormous truck. They moved fast, efficiently and caused zero damage to anything. All four of them were friendly and just the right amount of chatty. They moved us out and in within 2.5 hours! I have always known move days to
