I hired them again for a 2nd job. John was not present but the 2 employees that he sent were great in getting the job done. One of the guys was a bit clueless, however, the other guy was able to guide him through to carry out the job properly. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the service that I was provided. I hope this review is helpful to others.

Lets just say his helper was super polite and a great worker. I would recommend him to anyone. The owner on the other hand was rude, and just because I'm a woman asked me to go outside and watch the stuff in the truck (cause he told me he gave me the easy job)
He didn't seem to realize what the big deal was with tipping my filing cabinet on its backside and lying it down, when all my legal papers are now bent and squished and I still cannot get the doors to the drawers open, and it now needs to be replaced as we had to break it to get into it. My bed now has damage also. The owner told

I found John on Craigslist when I was looking for a mover for my Dad. John is a very personable guy, he was very accomodating and worked within my timeline and within my budget. It was mid month and I'm sure he could have gotten a more profitable job, but he had committed to me and he stuck to his committment. I appreciated that. He was professional, and timely and told me over and over again "we got it, don't worry about it' when I was trying to help. He took some time ahead of the move date to stop in and see the contents of the apartment so that there were 'no surprises
