Ive tried lots of truck rental companies in vancoucer, burnaby and surrey and none of them come close to dysco' services they have greater customer service, good pricing compared to others. Tonny is an awesome person to work with he is my go to guy when it comes to trucks i will never go to uhaul anymore

Apparently most rental places have their box trucks with lift gates out on long term leases, so I found Dysco after I couldnt get a truck on short notice with the other brands. It ended up working out perfectly! I was very nervous about driving a big truck, but it was so comfortable that it took no time to get used to, and I wished I could keep it. The truck was not newit had a cassette playerbut it was easy to use and performed well. Turns were not bad, and even on the slick grassy hill where I was picking things up, it had no problem; it felt like it really gripped the road. I had looked

Terrible customer service, they told me over the phone that they would have a truck for me and when I wanted to confirm the booking they just stopped responding , they didnt even pick up the phone anymore, I had a friend call them a few minutes after and they picked up.
Screwed over my whole move, dont trust or rely on those guys, especially if it is something important like a move.

It was a busy week and we had a U-Haul cancel. After calling around to many places, we luckily found Dysco available for a next-day truck rental. Absolute lifesaver! The process itself was quite smooth, although be aware that the location is just a lot with trucks and no actual building, and the trucks themselves are tagged with graffiti, but drive well. The cost was roughly double of an equivalent sized U-Haul for a day rental.
