We moved into a new house earlier this year, and just as the weather started to turn cold, our furnace started flashing an error code. We called Cross, and the tech that arrived was not only professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, but also took nearly 45 minutes of his day to explain our new home's heating, A/C, and air purification systems to us, as well as how to best care for them! When he left, not only was our furnace back up and running, but we were also well-informed about how to best care for the fancy system we didn't even know we had! Thanks Kyle from Cross, we're better home owners
