Kal made a visit within a couple hours despite a snow storm. He was knowledgeable and professional. He also went above and beyond with his explanations as well as teaching us how to maintain the furnace and pipes.

Had furnace issues and "googled" to find a local repair company with good reviews. I found City Heating and Cooling and I'm glad I did. They attempted to repair my old furnace. Got it working for a bit and I had to call later because it stopped working again. The service tech was eating his dinner and dropped everything to come right back. Great service!! I decided to replace the furnace since it was almost 20 years old and they were able to install a new system the next day which was his Saturday off. Very stress free situation. It's no wonder they have such good reviews.

We had CHC install a furnace for us a few years ago and we were very impressed with their work and professionalism. When our gas fireplace went down, they were the first we called. Once again Khalid was there quickly and got the job done fast. Very professional and he looks after his customers well. Friendly, honest and a straight shooter. Great service.
