Zach and Paul were extremely accommodating and took the time to explain in detail the installation process and the quality of the product. The installer, Zach, from the Guelph location was very professional when installing our new HVAC system. He took the time to make sure everything. Paul was great to deal with, after evaluating everything he gave an honest assessment and was able to schedule our retrofit quickly.
Recently had a fireplace, HRV and radiant in-floor heating installed as well as a tankless boiler by these guys and am very happy with.
