I sent an inquiry email and received a response very quickly. In no time, we had booked a schedule for our move. The guys were super professional. They were also very friendly and even though we ran into some problems of our own (no fault of theirs), they were super helpful in assisting us find some resolution even though they did not have to. Super great guys! Would recommend 100%.

From the website inquiry to phone booking and moving day, everything was great. They gave clear details upon reservation and initiated follow up before moving which put my mind at ease. Both reception & the movers were professional & easy to work with. Since it was pouring the guys even wrapped everything up to protect it. This was our second move with Small Moves (the first being about three years ago).
Anass and Nas moved us this time. They were everything we could have asked for: punctual (literally on the doorstep to the minute), effective, kind, good-natured and hardworking. They wrapped up all our stuff with plastic to keep it safe. They managed to get our too-big couch through our too-small door problem with a door and had all the necessary tools on-hand. On the arrival end, they put everything exactly where I'd labelled it to go and checked in with the ones I failed to label. Really cannot say enough nice
