The entire team at mountain movers are exceptional in customer care. Our move had some unexpected delays but Jeremy, Brad, Steve and Bruno are the finest in the business and they made sure we were taken care of. Integrity goes a long way especially during a move and Mountain Movers did not disappoint. If we ever have to move again we will be contacting these guys first. Before planning a move consider this company along with your search. We found them along with 3 other moving companies and decided based on price and customer service. They did not disappoint, thank you gentlemen.

Pros:
- Great communication beforehand
- Flexible with changing moving dates
- Answered a lot of questions I had over the phone
- Only company to ask in depth questions as to what they would be moving in terms of furniture and boxes, to provide a better quote (I assume)
Cons:
- Late arrival - not a big deal, possibly got lost
- A gouge in the drywall despite spending a lot of time wrapping and unwrapping items
- Boxes labelled "This side up" were found flipped
- Moving time ended up being 2x longer than quote - and they're paid by the hour. Ended up paying much more than expected.

Movers were precisely on time! Introduced themselves and were positive and enthusiastic! Gave assurances on how they would handle my items and wasted no time in beginning the loading process.
Movers worked quick but efficient and arrived at my new home and like the loading, were quick to begin the unloading process and took care to put out protective matting to reduce any damage or tracked in dirt/dust.
Movers offered to put together some items and even bring in items from garage on site prior to moving day. All my items arrived in good condition as promised. The professionalism and level of

Gilberts mountain movers are the best movers weve ever hired. They have moved us twice in the last 5 years, most recently on a relocation from Calgary to Edmonton. The crew was super friendly, warm, and incredibly hardworking. We were in awe of their speed and work ethic. I was recommended them by a friend, and I have recommended them to everyone I know.

Our move with Bailey, Louis, and Preston was absolutely phenomenal! Having moved several times over the past 5 years we have experienced good to absolutely nightmarish moving experiences. The move with Gilbert's was easily the most pleasant part of the moving process. The crew was polite, professional, and respectful. They arrived on time and got right to work. The speed with which they both loaded and unloaded our possessions was incredible! We can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks again for making the move so stress free!

I've used Gilbert's Mountain Movers for three moves now. Each crew has been different, but they're all fantastic. They always arrive on time and work very hard. They roll out mats to protect the floors and carpets. None of our items or walls have been damaged. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Gilberts Mountain Movers were totally AMAZING to work with. When our original movers (another outfit) didnt show up on the morning of our scheduled move date, we were left with a houseful of boxes all packed up and feeling panicked (with a 4-year old and a 7-month old and all toys and baby stuff packed up!). We contacted Gilberts Mountain Movers and spoke to Jeremy who went above and beyond to find us a crew and truck and managed to arrange something for us for the very next morning! My husband was very impressed with Jeremy, not only in his professionalism but his friendly approach. The
