I bought a furnace few months from Constant Home Comfort. The installation service was good and my furnace includes 1 year labor. However, their 24/7 is not responsive. No one call back at all. I called their 24/7 service due to my furnace not working at around 6pm. The customer service got my info and said the technician / vendor will call me back to arrange the schedule. I had been waiting for 2 hours but still no one called back. I called their 24/7 service again. Customer service got my info and said their technician will call me back in 4 hours. So I needed to wait for 4 hours for a technician

Price for AC installation was very good and provided practical good products while other big companies are offering high prices and very high efficiency AC that are not required in Canada. Technician was very experienced and diligent. I greatly appreciated their service and being honest to customers.

Got a referral from a friend.Glad I found these guys. Very easy to deal with. Installed new furnace and AC. Professional work and cleaned up after themselves. The best part was that the price we were quoted was significantly less than 2 other quotes we received. I highly recommend Constant!
