I phoned in for maintenance on furnace, AC and HWT. I wasnt comfortable with first tech so phoned the office with concern. Owner phoned me back within an hour and made arrangements for a second visit. Tech was extremely thorough and very skilled. Completed the maintenance and provided great feedback. Excellent communication. Polite. Knowledgeable. Very appreciative of all staff involvement from reception (lovely lady), technicians, and ownership. Would strongly recommend this company to family and friends. Looking forward to all other interactions with Lloyds.

Required about backup generator and nobody got back to me. Great electrical service on my house when I needed it but a bit disappointed on the response for the generator.

Lloyds did a fine job of both installing a new gas line and repairing my pool heater, however it was a bit of a constant chase to get them to return, and multiple calls to the tech and the office resulted in no returned calls for a quote on installation of a new air conditioner, I eventually gave up and called in someone else who responded right away. They do good work, but need to work on customer service piece.
