We had an issue with our hot water and Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was quick to resolve it. We live in a stacked town house, and our hot water is tied to our heating system. When the heat was running and we would start the shower, we wouldn't have any hot water. We would have to turn off the heat in order to get some warm water to the shower. We called a plumber previously to inspect our mixing value, but they wouldn't touch it, as our setup was not something they were familiar with. Luckily, Priority Mechanical Services Ltd was able to resolve our issue. They answered our called right away

From Steve in the sales department to Tyler and Deep that did an exceptional install of a new water heater and serviced my fireplace. Explained everything and went the extra mile with the little stuff. I am always happy with Priority. They were the first call I make every time. They have done my A/C, furnace and water heater in a retro fit. And have previously done all the HVAC at a new build some years ago. Dont hesitate to call on Priority. Purchased a Trane furnace (11/30/21). Scott spent plenty of time with me to be sure I got what I needed and to help solve a complicated installation issue related to home structure. The installers (and follow-up from Lance) were great and worked diligently until I was very satisfied. Pricing was very fair and competitive. Highly recommended.

I was beyond impressed by Priority Air. They are extremely professional, skilled, reliable, and courteous. They were very responsive by email and phone when setting up the initial appointment and the install. Their staff went above and beyond in helping to determine what I would need to address a humidity issue in my home. They found a way to install an air exchanger despite very tight spaces in my furnace room, and they found a way to install the outdoor vent out of sight of the front of my house as I had requested. We had PM come to fix our AC unit in the Spring. They did a fantastic job figuring out the problem & resolving the issue promptly. We had them back to remove our Reliance hot water tank when it quit working & replace it with one of theirs. PM was actually recommended to us by the Reliance service tech that initially came! He had said that of all the service calls he has done, PM technicians do the best work! We were floored they would admit that & recommend them. After the work they had done on our AC unit it was a no-brainer to seek out their services again. They did not disappoint! 10/10
