Due to the pandemic Ive lived with a leaky sink for a year. Long overdue to fix it. Geoff recommended I have a faucet in case it needed to be replaced. Once I have a Moen replacement from Penmar Plumbing Mart I secured an appointment a day later! The text message letting me know Cam would be coming was appreciated. He arrived on time. I was immediately impressed with his hope that an inexpensive fix might do the trick. As I wanted a repair not a replace. Well. My dreams were not realistic. So after a little puddle surfaced two hours later I called and Cam returned next day.

The team recently installed a sump pump in my fully finished basement. From the get go Geoff was responsive which is a great sign when plumbing is concerned. From there Cam came and inspected the area using camera technology which built trust over others who prefer to give you an opinion on something that they cant see (i.e pipes underground). The team worked quickly to dig through concrete and install the pump and we are now ready for the winter . Trust is important when it comes to your house and I felt like they treated this project with care and would recommend them if you are considering
