Go tap plus used to have an amazing service, I was impressed with the way they service any plumbing issue I had. I fact I recommended them to a lot of my friends. After a while for some reason their service was become low quality and very unhelpful. I called them about an ejector pump we have, I was told I will hear back from them, 6 weeks after I called for follow up, they apologize and said they will get back to me in a week, never heard back from them. Some times passed and I got issue with one of my faucet, I was told that they will be on site 4:00 pm, they showed up 7.30 pm and since it was
