I had a wonderful experience with Dane, an employee of this proffessional company. He came was precise and very knowledgable with any answers he gave me. I felt like my plumbing needs were in very good hands. The cost was reasonable and he was in and out in a reasonable time frame. I would fully recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. We had a leak. Danny was super professional and helpful in every way. Did the bare minimum amount of damage necessary (12ft lath and plaster ceiling) to reveal and diagnose the problem, reviewed our options with us and cleaned up afterward.

Danny came on time, he is a very pleasant young man. Explained what he was going to do and what the price is. He used the snake to unclog my pipes and afterwards showed me that the water was draining from the sink normally. I am pleased with the service I received and would use this company again.

I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone in need. I phoned about a backed up sink, and within the same day my problem was solved. Not only was I kept up to date about the arrival time, but when George (the plumber) arrived it as nothing but smooth sailing. George was very friendly, and even offered some tips on how to better take care of our drain. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely call New Canadian next time I have need for a plumber.
