A poor bank. Staff is mediocre and the ATMs are always down or in some type of disfunction. Harken is probably better. Or just try a different bank honestly.

I went there to open up an account and I was greeted when I walked into the door the staff at was very nice and Professional After I signed in with the staff that was at the front desk they explain to me where to go towards the back down to three little steps so I was waiting for someone to greet me or ask me can they help me have a Seat I will be with you in a minute but none of that never happened I was standing up for about a full 10 minutes until I asked one representative is he the only one working he said hold on so I waited 5 more minutes so in total I was standing up for 15 minutes until
