I purchased my new natural gas furnace and AC from Convertible Air. From the initial consultation for a quote with Marnie, the removal of my old furnace and oil tank by Marco, right through to the install by Kemar, the entire team was knowledgeable, professional, polite and patient, with not only the work they did, but with all of my questions and their explanations. They are the most polite, cleanest and quickest workers I have ever encountered. They even completed the product registration for me. I cant say enough great things about this company. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating

The company came in to replace and install brand new 50 gallon tank. In less than a week, water tank started to leak water at one of its connections. Not very happy. Called for the service, was told that there is noone available. The person on the phone told me to put a bucket underneath the water tank and to shut down my water. I was told that the service will be tomorrow. When I asked what time I was told that they don't know...They will call me when they are available. Unacceptable

We desperately needed a new hot water heater as our ancient hot water tank was heavily leaking and was basically about to go. We were set on getting a tankless water heater and I reached out to Convertible after receiving quotes from two other companies (one sent a pre-inspection technician that was not pleasant to deal with, and the other quoted a hefty price). Convertible was by far the easiest to communicate and deal with, and quoted the most competitive price. They are a family run business and I was contacted by the retired owner who sent his son Chris to our house for a quick pre-inspection
