He was very thorough and professional. Delivery and commissioning were smooth and appointment times were adhered to.
The Mitsubishi ductless unit is a fantastic product, wish I had done this sooner. Thank you Robert for excellent service. Paul did an excellent job servicing the 3 units, and returned the next day, in very cold weather to get up on my roof and service that unit. Maintenance is key to the long life of these units and Paul explained everything he was doing, gave me tips on maintaining the GE12NA units that I have.

The units are excellent as they are quiet and did a thorough job of cooling off the house all summer with the extreme hot days we had. We brought in 6 different companies with different quotes. All came back with different recommendations, different opinions on equipment and vastly different prices.
