Paul was everything you'd want from a contractor. Honest, very fairly priced, constantly communicating with you and patient in the process. We unexpectedly had a boiler in need of replacing and we're so glad we were able to work with Paul and Carl through that process. They worked until the job was done and answered every bothersome question I had along the way with grace. We would recommend them for anything, and would gladly choose their business if needed in the future.

Twelve years ago Paul installed a new boiler and added 2 cast iron rads to my home. One year ago last fall, I used Paul again to install 2 split unit air conditioners. In both installations I received top of the line equipment and service, hassle free, at a very reasonable price. I have also found him to be knowledgable and honest. Late last night my boiler, which has never had a problem, stopped working when the temperature outside was minus 14 C so I called Paul. He was extremely concerned and very helpful. With his guidance I was able to restart the furnace. Later in the night it stopped again

Ductless.ca Inc. is an excellent Company. It is a sham someone keeps writing bad reviews about it. Please do not be misled by them. This is a small family run business. It is friendly, professional and provides an excellent service. I definitely recommend them.
