They wasted 3 hrs for paper work .Just focusing more on how to make money through camera.Even I did the drain cleaning and camera b4 their arrival but their main focus was to run the camera. Ultimately I agreed to run the camera, but they left as they got the next call. I waited for them for 1.5 months and they never realized that I aligned other trades too and they wasted all.of my time . I will not recommend them for any kind of job.

I had Drains R Us come out to my place recently. What can I say.. responsive, straight forward, professional. I had 2 issues with my plumbing - slow running tap and leaky pipe under kitchen. The repair man showed up when he said he would - took care of sink at no additional cost - turns out it wasnt a huge problem but what do I know about that stuff... he could've easily told me some BS and charged me a bit but he didnt. He fixed my other problem. Price was reasonable. Satisfied customer here.

Drains R Us repaired the drain from my house to my my septic tank today. They did an excellent job! They even installed a cleanout that I (they) can access by simply removing one board from my deck. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and courteous. Very clean and efficient work. Awesome! Please express my many thanks to all at Drains R Us that made this happen in such a timely fashion. I will recommend you to everyone I know.
