Kevin and the installation team were great. I found the carpet I wanted easily at a price my husband and I were both happy with.
Installation did not take long and the team was friendly and thorough. From quote to completion I was happy with the prompt, friendly service and how the new carpeting came out on my stairs and landing areas. Would recommend and would use again.

We were in the market for some carpet to re-carpet our cat tower. The associate knew exactly what carpet we needed and where to find it once we mentioned what our project was. We were able to purchase some scrap carpet for a fair price.

Kevin and the gang were great. Very easy to talk with and do business with. They did a great job. Firstly, we had the wrong measurements for our bedroom which resulted in different sized carpet. The installers quickly went back to the shop, and returned with a newly cut carpet and installed it all within a couple hours without any fuss. It was truly a hassle free and easy experience. We are very happy with our new bedroom carpet.

I just used Global to put hardwood in 2 suites. Kevin and his team were honest and reliable as well as competitively priced. The father and son installers went above and beyond, as did Kevin, to ensure I was happy with my new floors and did a fantastic job!! I would highly recommend Global!

We recently removed wall-to-wall carpet and had hardwood floors installed. Our sales representative, Kevin Low, was very knowledgeable and efficient; he answered our product queries, provided estimates and revisions very promptly and responded exactly when he promised he would. The installers arrived on time every day, they worked diligently on schedule, their work was meticulous, they were attentive to safety procedures and they left the site cleaned up and tidy each day. I would highly recommend Kevin Low and this company for any flooring project.

If you are considering Global Carpets as your flooring supplier then look no further. When it comes to service they are first class. Ash was our representative and he could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and expertise made our decisions considerably easier. The installation was absolutely superb and our installers were very accommodating. A great job and we have had comments from many people including a friend who is in the construction industry.
