In an age where customer service is not what it used to be, Val-U-Flooring provides very good to excellent service. My wife and I were welcomed in the showroom allowed to look for a few minutes giving us time to look around before being approached. We were shown a variety of products and allowed to take home samples of both carpeting and flooring. Unfortunately the flooring hadn't been put in properly and I was not able

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom tiles and living room carpet. They did their best to give me a fair price to fit into my budget, and were clean and fast when installing which was important to me during covid. Really good experience and would use them again for future projects.
