I cannot say enough great things about our experience using Floors Modern. We were in need of replacing all the carpeting on the top floor of our house and fortunately for us, our painter/contractor referred us to Floors Modern. From the beginning to the end, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Our sales rep Nigel, who was an absolutely wonderful man and a pleasure to speak to, came over in person to do a full inspection and presented us with different options. Since the house belonged to my mother who is as senior, budget was one of the main concerns for us. Nigel was fantastic

We went to 5 different flooring stores. Five. Flooring. Stores. We went to Floors Modern twice. The first time, they were the first store we went to and we would dub them later "the expensive flooring store." The second time was to book our floor install because, as it turned out, they were not the most expensive at all. In fact, they had the floor we WANTED at the price we NEEDED. A few general comments:
1. They have a full range of products - so talk to them, they will help you narrow down what is best for your particular conditions.
2. We worked with Garth Burak who was very, very

I couldnt be happier to recommend Nigel and the team at Floors Modern. From the outset Nigel worked with me to pick out beautiful vinyl plank flooring, decide on extras (help with moving furniture, installing baseboards, caulking), provided an accurate estimate for installation, and made everything happen extremely fast. Nigels communication was excellent, the quality of work was beautiful, and the installers were exceptionally efficient and professional. 5/5 stars!

First time using Floors Modern and we cannot be any happier! We really like Nigel, very knowledgeable, professional and nice salesman! Nigel and his team changed the floor in our bedroom from carpet to engineered hardwood, and it was done beautifully and professionally! We will definitely be contacting them again once we need more floors to be done!
