They are corrupt and dishonest. Charged me three times their quote. Didn't mention until moving day that they were shipping my vehicle across Canada , cost me an additional $8000.00. They still haven't shipped my THULE after 8 months. I finally acquired a lawyer. They are criminals, shameful how clients are held hostage. I paid over$23,0000.00 to move across Canada and this seriously affected me financially which affected the down deposit on our house.

BEWARE of these SCAMMERS. I was quoted approximately $1,300 for an 8 to 9 hour move to a new house just 5 minutes away from my old house. The salesman went over every room with me over the phone and this is how he came up with the $1,300 figure. The movers arrived on time (they were really nice guys) and the move took much longer than I was quoted, which is odd as it took 8 hours to move into the house just 2 years prior. At the end of the move I was given a paper and told to write on it that I am extremely disappointed on the time that it took, and to sign it and that NOTHING would be charged

Possibly the worst storage company you deal with. They only care about the bottom line not customer service. They wanted to charge us $3000 to just transport our items from a location in Burnaby to Surrey for us. They are the biggest rip off. They also told us at the beginning that our storage fees would be one price and bumped it up without notifying us the next month. I would not recommend anyone to us them! They completely ripped us off and trashed our stuff. We moved from Vancouver to LA and it ended up costing us $15000 with them at the end. Do not use them! You will be disappointed. They
