I called Mike in desperate need for help with blocked drain and two sinks overflowing. It happened to be his birthday but he changed his plans and came to fix the problem. The quality of the service is top-notch. Mike is very clean, five-star professional, very polite, well organized and trustworthy. Highly recommend! I can't say enough about Mike! We had a blocked main drain that needed to be replaced. Mike was able to do this within a couple of days. Mike came on very short notice to fix a clogged drain in my basement kitchen sink. He did an amazing job, same as when he installed our backwater valve a couple years ago. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a quality, cheerful professional. Hell of a piano player too.

Tried repairing my kitchen sink drain on my own but uncovered more problems as I progressed. Mike was at my door within an hour of calling him and was able to perform the repair within the next hour. He also tested the sink multiple times and did not leave until he ensured I tested it out myself and that I was satisfied with his work.

We where finishing our basemnt. Mike provided me with a quote for my basement plumbing. Out of 4 quotes they where the most reasonably priced. The definition of professional and courteous. Mike originally came to fix my garden hose pipe that burst. He was very knowledgeable and did a good job. I wanted to get a quote from him and DrainRooter to help me finish my basement and pass inspection. While their quote was a little higher than others, I knew I wanted the job done right and I was not disappointed.

Mike at DrainRooter Plumbing has been my plumber for several years. He performs annual maintenance on my backwater valve and has repaired all the toilets in my house. At all times, Mike has been professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Most recently, I had a major plumbing issue. It was quite urgent that I replace the old, root-filled clay pipes outside my home with PVC pipes. This was a huge undertaking. Mike and his crew were absolute professionals! They arrived on time and worked tirelessly to excavate the site and replace the pipes. Afterwards, they did a superb job of filling in the area
