We have fully licensed and trained staff as well as test equipment which is calibrated annually in compliance with OWWA guidelines. Very disappointed with Dan Mac, I have been a client of theirs for 5 yrs and always paid on time for all our invoices for our investment properties. Last year I was in divorce proceedings and 1 invoice was in discussion with the lawyers so we did not pay it until we settled. Due to some financial hardship that came about after, I made an arrangement with the owner to pay the invoice in instalments. Well, last long weekend, one of my toilets started leaking onto the tenant downstairs so I called them first thing Tue morning. They were rude on the phone, but I finally got an appointment for Wed afternoon

I called DanMac Plumbing after I was quoted an outrageous price for the work that I wanted done by one of their competitors. I found the person I spoke to (Stewart) very forthright and trustworthy. No BS! They sent over Kevin who did a though and professional job. I was VERY impressed with DanMac Plumbing. Once all the work was done Kevin presented a very fair and reasonable bill.
Needless to say, I will be using DanMac Plumbing in the future. Incidentally, as with any competent and trustworthy company they are busy; That said, they did me a favor of fitting me in in a pinch. Don't be surprised

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Adam came out on the weekend, was professional, courteous and tidy. Called me a couple of times to update me on where he was with his other emergencies (this happened during a severe rainstorm with flooding), and gave me some advice to keep the sink draining well after he resolved the problem. Wonderful service, I highly recommend them (3rd time using DanMac)

Our hose outside the house was dripping constantly and my fear was that maybe a leak from a previous year in the wall had returned. I used DanMac at that time happily so called them again ..not only did they fix that new handle in the basement ceiling, but when I asked if they could look at my no hot water/no pressure shower unit, he willingly did it and it is working better than ever this morning ..I am so pleased with the service and cost ..have recommended this company to two friends already!

If you have a 13 year relationship with DanMac and thought they'd treat old customers with care. Think again! I have used DanMac for 5 properties that I own for over 13 years. They came to fix something in April for $680, only to find out that the same problem persisted and they charged me $400 for a visit to tell me exactly the same information that they had in their notes?! I called to discuss it and the owner refused to adjust anything. I guess my business wasn't worth it to him.
Not to worry, I found another plumber that is timely and far more professional with my tenants. They did a fabulous
