Very disappointed with Dan Mac, I have been a client of theirs for 5 yrs and always paid on time for all our invoices for our investment properties. Last year I was in divorce proceedings and 1 invoice was in discussion with the lawyers so we did not pay it until we settled. Due to some financial hardship that came about after, I made an arrangement with the owner to pay the invoice in instalments. Well, last long weekend, one of my toilets started leaking onto the tenant downstairs so I called them first thing Tue morning. They were rude on the phone, but I finally got an appointment for Wed afternoon

I called DanMac Plumbing after I was quoted an outrageous price for the work that I wanted done by one of their competitors. I found the person I spoke to (Stewart) very forthright and trustworthy. No BS! They sent over Kevin who did a though and professional job. I was VERY impressed with DanMac Plumbing. Once all the work was done Kevin presented a very fair and reasonable bill.
Needless to say, I will be using DanMac Plumbing in the future. Incidentally, as with any competent and trustworthy company they are busy; That said, they did me a favor of fitting me in in a pinch. Don't be surprised
