Services
Drain Cleaning
Our professional drain cleaning services use advanced equipment like RIGID K-45 machines and hydro jetting systems to remove blockages caused by hair, grease, and tree roots. We combine high-resolution camera inspections with targeted snaking or 1000 PSI water jetting to restore optimal flow in kitchen, bathroom, and main sewer lines. This essential maintenance prevents backups and extends pipe lifespan while minimizing future plumbing emergencies.
Backwater Valve Installation
We install Mainline #4963 FullPort backwater valves to prevent sewer backups in basements and lower levels. These one-way valves automatically close during municipal sewer surges, protecting homes from contaminated water intrusion. Our licensed plumbers handle permit requirements and provide maintenance training, ensuring compliance with Toronto's Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy Program for potential $3400 rebates.
Lead Pipe Replacement
We specialize in trenchless lead service line replacement using torpedo drilling technology. This method replaces aging lead pipes with durable copper or HDPE alternatives while minimizing landscape disruption. Our process includes city coordination for simultaneous public line replacement and provides documentation for Toronto's lead pipe subsidy program, addressing health risks from lead-contaminated water.
Sewer Camera Inspection
Our high-definition CCTV drain inspections identify root intrusion, pipe cracks, and blockage locations in real-time. Using flexible 1/4"-7/8" diameter cameras, we diagnose issues in lines ranging from bathroom sinks to main sewer laterals. This non-invasive assessment enables precise repair planning and helps homeowners avoid unnecessary excavation through accurate problem identification.
Flood Protection
We implement comprehensive flood prevention systems including sump pump installations, foundation waterproofing, and weeping tile repairs. Our approach combines backwater valves, proper grading, and emergency drainage solutions to protect properties from both surface water and sewer backup risks. We also guide homeowners through Toronto's subsidy programs for cost-effective flood-proofing upgrades.

Igor and the fellas were great. They replaced my entire sewer line from the bottom of the stack out to the property line. They did it quick, within a few days too. Installed all the drains within the house, backwater valve outside on the driveway. Also, plumbed in the kitchen and washroom in the basement. Igor was responsive every time I tried to reach him. They also only interrupted the sewer drain service for very minimal periods during the day. I would recommend.

We hired Mr. Plumber to replace with PVC our broken main clay drain from the inside cleanout to the wye connection at the end of our property line. We found this company to be very efficient and reliable. Igor came in and scoped the property. His estimate was fair and rendered quickly. He arranged for the proper permits and work began about two weeks after his initial visit. The people who actually did the digging and installation worked very hard from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The workers were very friendly and did a very good job. Paul in particular explained everything clearly. We have had many
