We had outside hose bib installed last year, but this spring when we opened the water it was leaking again. As it appeared we didnt shut it off and drain properly for winter.
Alex was nice enough to replace it free of charge and showed us step by step on how to do it properly so it doesnt happen again.

Had 3 showers in my house that were done 7 years ago, and all of them had same issue, could not get hot water, luke worm at most. The plumber arrived and inspected the valves, and suggested to replace the temperature control cartridges, he had to order them. Arrived the next day and installed them as planned, now everything is working well.

Called for another reason, but Alex helped me with my issue at no cost, but also I had leaking valve in the laundry room, he replaced it and installed new shut off valves, thanks a ton!

Had leaking valves that connected washing machine hoses, the plumber arrived and provided reasonable estimate, also suggested to replace the hoses since they were old, thanks for the tip.

I had a great experience with Dmitri at RES plumbing. At first contact, he listened to my issue and understood the problem. He offered several options and a quote range that was fair and reasonable. We scheduled the appointment and he was right on time. His work is professional and his expertise is great. He had all the right materials for the job, and it was completed quickly, but not hastily. He checked his work for leaks, etc. And cleaned up afterwards. If I ever have another plumbing job, it will go to him. Highly recommended.
