I use Precise Plumbing for both my residence and commercial needs. I can't say enough great things about them. They are knowledgeable, professional and take the time to explain what's happening throughout the process. I would not trust anyone else. If you're looking for a trustworthy company that will look after everything from your plumbing, waterproofing to even installing a water filtration system. They've done it all for me and 5 stars each time. Highly recommend.

I met Michael walking my dogs one day. I asked him if the company repaired catch basins. He came over to take a look once he had finished the other job. Naji came by a few days later to meet with my husband. We made a plan for them to come and do the work. The driveway was dug up, old catch basin removed, pipes scoped, new catch basin and pipes installed and new concrete laid all within 2 days. Very happy with the work, in fact, they are coming back to install a back water valve later this week.

Recently, I was faced with an issue at my home . I was having a difficult time understanding why our utility bill was quite high last month.
I called Precise Plumbing to have someone check our toilets because the water has been running on and off and it was quite annoying throughout the night. I spoke with Naji on the phone and he was able to have someone sent to the house first thing the next day.
The employees of Precise Plumbing are very informative and explained to me that the running of the toilets is what had increased

So to say the least my experience with Precise Plumbing was impeccable. I don't normally bother writing reviews for companies, it's not really my thing but for this one I just had to.
It was a Tuesday in December, a snow storm had just hit and one of our pipes had burst. We have been a client of Precise Plumbing for a while now but have never really encountered an issue of this magnitude.
It was 11pm and I was worried no one would be available to help us, but I picked up the phone and gave them a call and with in fifteen minutes Naji (Mr. Precise) was at my front door ready to help.

Aurelio and his team were great to work with. We were installing a new sink and Aurelio did his due diligence to test everything and found a hole in our new sink! He came back the next day to install the new sink. So fast and helpful! His team is very professional and excellent at what they do!! Highly recommend.

Naji and his entire crew were absolutely fantastic. Extremely polite and professional. Once they finished with the repair they cleaned the area beautifully it was spotless. The price was extremely fair and competitive. To be honest I'd pay more for the peace of mind they've given myself and my family. With their repair I can sleep knowing that we won't get a leak.

Thank you Precise Plumbing. Thanks to Naji and your Team on a fantastic job on our Basement!! Needed a drain in the floor and to seal my wall.
Great communication and also accommodated my request to move the taps for the washer to another side. Then move my water system to under the cabinet where the washer was before.
Your team has a great work ethic and very polite to my family as the job progressed.

We've used Precise for many of our projects. Naji , Aurelio and the team are knowledgeable and professional. It's tough to find trades that are reliable and stand behind their work. These guys check off all the boxes!
We build luxury homes and complete large renovations. So we fully trust their team with high end fixtures that are often used in our projects. It's not rare for them to install a $10,000 tub for us (with ease).
