Had move scheduled for 2pm, Edward (owner) called stating they were delayed and will be there at 330pm. At 345pm I called to see how close they are and they advised that they are still not finished the first job. The job was to move a hottub purchased from a neighbor and not only am I inconvenienced now my neighbor has wasted his saturday

It was a very disappointing experience. They came 1 hour late and took 7 hours to move from a 1+1 condo to a house. The 18 ft truck wasn't even half full. They took their time especially during loading and also charged us for an extra hour while they where at gas station and grabbing food. Also the manager in charge was very rude. Not recommended at all!

Shuttle Moving is by far the best moving company I've used! They made my entire move stress-free. I rarely found myself having to run back and forth to do things because they did everything with no quarrels. They offered more services and assistance than any other company I've worked with AND at such a reasonable price. Courteous, professional and responded to every email and call with no delay. Shuttle Moving is highly recommended for all and any kind of moving service.

Absolutely bs! I had a 2 bdrm condo, i called zach's moving aka: shuttle moving for an estimate. The crew manager that I spoke to misunderstood what I told him, based on his estimate. He sent a small cube truck which didn't even hold all my stuff. I was thinking the move shouldn't take to long. The 2 movers + moving truck supposed to have the job done in about 4 hours. But exceeded my budget to 8 hours. Ended up paying $860 due to inefficient service the movers should've hustled but no they took there own damn time. The size of the moving truck wasn't mentioned either,

I never got a chance to taste the food I was in the about 30 minutes ago and I am sure I still would be waiting to be served , the place was deserted I called out 4-5 times " hello " and nothing. I saw on the grill what looked like chicken just grilling away. The ribs looked good to but would have had to steal them to get a taste. I am glad that I did not eat here because the place is disgustingly dirty. Its like is has never been cleaned. The silver door is black ..... the floor is dirty. and then i noticed how dirty the counter and hot table was. I WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AND GLAD I
