DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Be Careful they will blame you for their wrong doings or delete your rating. I personally packed this house very neatly, it should have been an easy transport. Not only did it take 3x as long as the previous movers. They left extensive damage to important expensive items, as well as the walls of the house. They lost a box with expensive electronics and they did not provide a contract or receipt. What is completely unacceptable is their unwillingness to return our call. They are responsible for the damage and missing items. However, they refused to answer our calls

We moved our belongings from a 2-bedroom house to a 3-bedroom apartment. They were very efficient, extremely friendly, and a very hard worker. We are highly satisfied with their punctuality, professionalism and friendly nature. We will definitely book them again if we move in the future and pass on to our friends and family that they should use the company for their moves.

WOW, WHERE TO BEGIN:
- Big con artists. Spent more time hiding from me "on break" than actually moving.
- Soiled one side of a mattress because too lazy to wrap it properly and then dragged it in my building's hallway. Only started wrapping furniture after I asked several times.
- One of the movers refused to wear a mask after a neighbour asked him to several times; and then I did and he obliged for a total of 10 mins before taking off again.
- Worst of all, somehow took SEVEN HOURS to move a 1 bed apartment 3km downtown Toronto. Total cost at $850.

We had two movers. They showed up 15 minutes early, which was amazing! We booked with them for 2 hours thinking we may have to do half the work once they were gone. They got everything done in an hour and 15 minutes. They were quick, professional and considerate of our belongings. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move!

These movers were great! They showed up early and had our entire home packed into the truck in just under 1.5 hours. They were friendly, hardworking and careful with all of our stuff. We were worried all our stuff wouldn't fit in the uhaul but they packed it so well we had tons of leftover space! Would recommend :)
