Hired this company to move a three bedroom house. They sent three men with a combined experience of less than 3 weeks. They started strong, but slowed down significantly and wasted a lot of time! They moved things around from the house to the garage and then to the driveway while "planning" and just took forever. They broke my TV and refused to replace it, blaming it on my husband. The workers complained about how they were treated and one of them informed me he was quitting after my move. The company tells them that broken items will be taken out of their pay, so they lie through

Where do I start...
An older man and his assistant who by chance spent the day making it very obvious he had no interest in being there, arrived at 9:30am to move my one bedroom apartment to an apartment in the same building (16th floor to the 32nd) . To start the move, they did NOT bring tools....and had to leave and go get them which tool 30 MINUTES...who comes to a move with no tools???? Anyways, after they arrived I made sure to inform that that my 9 month old had to nap at 1:00pm and in order for that to happen they would have to move certain pieces to that his room is completed first...

Hi - I just got off the phone with your colleague Leah. I am very disappointed with my movers today. I am a repeat customer of High Level Movers. Back in late March of 2017 - I hired High level to move my possessions out of basement apartment located at Donlands and Westwood to a storage unit on Dawes Road. I was so impressed with the movers and the care they took with my furniture. Once I knew I was going to be moving back into the same residence - I knew I would be hiring High Level Again. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!! I used this company to move my stuffs from downtown Toronto to storage in Markham. The two guys who were unable to speak english showed up one and half hour late and took break every 15 minutes to smoke. Today when i opened my storage, i witnessed my marble table is broken and unable to use and its just a trash now. My dressers were scratched badly and i now see a big hole behind my dresser. I made a BIG MISTAKE that called them for the move. AVOID them !!!

Unprofessional and overcharging service. They are a bunch of subcontractors and will try to rip you off with thousands of dollars. Poor service. Once they get a hold of your belongings, they will blackmail you into paying them more. Unreasonable prices. Stay away from them if you care about your time, your possessions and your hard earned money.

The movers were unprofessional, late, and rushed. They didn't arrive with the necessary materials such as mattress and furniture plastic wrap to protect my belongings during transport (which I had specifically requested over the phone with their curt female operator who - in a very condescending tone - assured me that they would come very prepared with all of the required materials I could need).
Because they were late there was no time to return to get supplies and they convinced me everything would be fine with what little blankets and supplies they DID bring. They spoke in a foreign language
