These are alllll fake reviews:
We called for a service appointment/inspection as wed just purchased a home with geothermal (which we are not familiar with) and wanted a full inspection and Nazir (the manager/owner) tried to charge us 244$ to come out and say hello. They didnt bring any tools, didnt open the furnace, just looked at it (the outside) and he did nothing but had his mechanic change a humidifier filter as fast as possible to ensure we were billed for something - I NEVER ASKED FOR IT. When we got the invoice we called to find out what on earth we were being charged for

Even though i didn't end up getting the install done by this company due to complications in my condo the service provided by Nazir A. was absolutely amazing. He took a lot of time and effort in finding out information for me, researching and doing his utmost best to help me out and keeping constant contact to let me know what was going on during a very stressful time for me. He was the only contractor i dealt with (out of 4) that actually knew his stuff and ended up saving me thousands of dollars in not getting a job done that other contractors were pushing on me. Encore was great in servicing my old air conditioning unit. I called outside of business hours and they were still able to get a technician out at that time and he did a great job! I look forward to getting them to install a new unit for me in the future.

If I could only give no stars! In to fix one thing, inexperienced tech breaks something else that worked before he touched it. Leaves you with no heat. Offers to come back and fix and then wants to charge more. Just wants to sell you new unit. Keeps making excuses and pushing an unnecessary sale.
