It shows great integrity when a company acts in the consumer's interest to forego an easy sale and install of a new furnace down to just a warranty replacement (I was not even a customer when I approached Northwest Gas). We first got in touch with Northwest Gas to see if they could source and replace a failed part in our 8 year old Carrier furnace which was under warranty. Alyssa was very helpful in getting information on the factory back ordered part and even suggested that we try other dealers to see if could get it faster elsewhere. A few days later, she tried again for us. After 2 weeks with

The team at Northwest provided an outstanding experience! Truly professional and insightful. They were very friendly and knowledgeable technicians showed up promptly and on time to help fix and assess the issues with our HVAC system when we were in dire need. They took the time to simplify the underlying issues, gave several different options to correct and improve our system while considering and respecting our financial capabilities. Both my wife and I never felt pressured and really felt respected and in control of our ultimate decision to purchase a new AC and Furnace. On installation day
