Services
Tubular Heaters
Tubular heaters are versatile heating elements designed for industrial applications. Constructed with precision-wound nickel-chrome wire and magnesium oxide insulation, they ensure even heat distribution and durability. Available in multiple sheath materials like Incoloy, stainless steel, and copper, these heaters are ideal for radiant heating, immersion, and air/gas heating systems. Custom bending options allow seamless integration into complex machinery.
Screw Plug Heaters
Screw plug heaters provide direct immersion heating for fluids and gases. Available in NPT and BSP thread sizes, they feature corrosion-resistant sheath materials like stainless steel and Incoloy. Terminal housings are rated for general purpose, weatherproof (NEMA 4), and hazardous (NEMA 7) environments. Built-in thermostats and sensors ensure precise temperature control for applications like fuel oil and deionized water heating.
Flange Heaters
Flange heaters are engineered for industrial tanks and vessels. Constructed with ANSI or plate flanges, they accommodate fluids, gases, and corrosive media. Sheath materials include titanium for seawater applications and Inconel for high-temperature environments. Optional features like cross-flow baffles and NEMA 4X housings enhance performance in hazardous or high-pressure settings.
Duct Heaters
Duct heaters are designed for forced-air heating systems. Featuring Incoloy 800 elements mounted in steel flanges, they operate at temperatures up to 1050F. Standard NEMA 1, 4, and 7 terminal housings protect against moisture and hazardous conditions. These heaters are ideal for HVAC systems, industrial drying, and process air heating applications.
Cartridge Heaters
Cartridge heaters deliver high watt densities for compact heating needs. Constructed with swaged magnesium oxide cores and stainless steel sheaths, they operate up to 1600F. Available in imperial and metric diameters, these heaters include optional thermocouples, threaded fittings, and lead protections for applications like sealing bars and mould heating.

Probably the 3rd or 4th best obscure manufacturing process heater manufacturer in the country. No one ever got fired for buying Caloritech... But a loose cannon engineering order dude would probably not lose their job if they bought from ASB, probably!
