I purchased a product which upon opening it was broken. They responded by giving me a refund but telling me they could not fulfill a replacement leaving me stranded to find another part which will cost me more time, money and more importantly leave a negative impact on my customer.

When I first met the team (who treat you like family including the teasing if they like you...lol) at Linzel I knew nothing about lighting, how it worked and how to use/sell it.
