We had a very pleasant experience with Boulder Landscaping. Shout out to Andrew and Hudson , who were both polite young men to deal with. Delivery charges were quite reasonable and the delivery was as promised! Will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Sister and her husband paid for their stones for their patio and were then told Boulders sold it to someone else. Now they are short on stones to complete the project in a timely manner. No compensation for time lost or offer replacement. Terrible.

Told that the driver will try to separate them and the mixed between the two will be minimal. It seems that who ever loaded the truck had no idea what he was doing and instead of loading the separate products front and back he loaded them side by side and from the picture you can see the results. It is common sense to load the different products back and front and to drop one pile first, move forward the truck a bit and then dump the second pile. Obviously the loader was either a rookie or he didnt have any

Family run business that is out of touch with reality. Long story short. Dealing with Marinda a few times. Rough and rude. Very unprofessional and uncaring.. Sad. I don't want to engage in any confrontation as I don't believe any coaching will help here; but I pray she gets some humility. Heard from others that the rest of the staff are no better.
Prices are way higher than most competitors eg. Aggregate materials are HALF their prices. They won't match competitors on stone. Delivery charges are insane!!. Please don't shopping there. While I support local business, but I suggest to avoid arrogance

Given that every landscape supplier within half hour drive of home had little or no time for me and my small order, I wasn't expecting much from the 6th company. Was I ever wrong!! From the very first call, Miranda was helpful and accommodating, even when I changed my plan! Professional, respectful and very helpful - a great company with excellent service.
