This allowed him to show up with what he believed was the correct parts required. He and his helper were very efficient, solved the issue with the dryer quickly. Reasonable cost. Would definitely call him again! I called Accurate Appliance Services because my old whirlpool duet washer got the F11 error (apparently very common and known issue with whirlpool).
