Wow is all I can say...The technician who they sent was polite, courteous, respectful to both our home and family, performed there duties professionally and answered all our questions. The repairs were done promptly, correctly and we were so happy. Never have we encountered such outstanding service. Mickey was awesome. I called Alberta Appliance Service for a repair to a dryer that was at my business and because we rely on the dryer heavily they came out and got it up and running. The technician whom i can't remember his name but was a very nice gentlemen and very professional did the work and even moved things that i feel should have been our job to clear a way for him to work. He did not complain and was friendly like a good neighbor type.
Definitely would recommend this business to do any appliance repairs.

We purchased a new dishwasher and used the retailer's installer. After two weeks the dishwasher was not performing well so the retailer told us to call Alberta Appliance, which we did and the technician determined it needed a new pump (all under warranty). Long story short a new pump was ordered, but due to Covid, it took almost two months to arrive. During this two months time I dealt with Vivian in the office and it is mostly she who is contributing to the rating I have given this company. Vivian kept me up to date on the status of locating a pump and the delivery date. When I called the office

Mickey showed up on time and asked about the problem we were having with the oven. He explained what he thought it was and what it could be and then did some diagnostic testing and confirmed what the problem was. He explained what he was doing, while he was doing and then after the fix, he tested to make sure that the oven worked. I am impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and service. Highly recommend them if you need a repair!

Great Service! Starting with the people answering the phone they were always helpful, good at follow through, and were able to quote me accurately before I committed to the service. Tom the service repair man was quick, willing to explain and take extra steps to be careful and he went above and beyond helping reconnect water line and move fridge for me. Very knowledgeable and I would definitely refer Tom and Alberta Appliance Service to anyone! thanks

Had a great experience with this company who recently did a repair on my Samsung Washing machine. Right from the initial call into them all the way to booking the appts and having the repair completed. The tech spent the time with me explaining the issue and showing me the part they were replacing. Will definitely be my first call for all of my appliances.

We recently had to call Alberta Appliance for some extended warranty work on our clothes dryer. What a great experience. Excellent, affordable service. My washing machine failed over the holidays. Unfortunately 2 service visits were required (diagnose correctly & return to install correct part) due to faulty information I provided. Other than the time to schedule service visits (they were very busy over the holiday season) I was extremely happy. "Mickey" the service tech knew his stuff and was also very personable. Highly recommended.
