Services
We have strong connections to our communities both as consultants and as volunteer community leaders. Working alongside our peers and neighbours gives us a deeper understanding of their needs and an insight which we use to develop unique and at times unconventional design solutions. Foxglove Terrace is a great example of our collaborative approach.
With an office on Bowen island and Vancouver's north shore, our Practice includes a variety of smaller projects that home owners and small businesses want to undertake. We are very skilled at coordinating the work of consultants and meeting with authorities. We have sourced and managed contractors for garage additions, developed 3D floor plans and building models, concepts for secondary suites as well as designed and built new construction.
We're applying on our expertise in temporary construction and post-disaster planning to support our community as it rebuilds and re-images this new economic landscape. Our Principals are both certified in Post-Disaster Building Assessment (PDBA) and volunteer for emergency management agencies in British Columbia, Canada.
Our understanding of operational requirements, the damaging impact of schedule overruns and construction budgets comes from our experiences working internally within global brands, as consultants for non-profits and through our vast tenant improvement/renovation work - for permanent and temporary work spaces.
