I am a registered architect in province of BC. and the principal of Tohmm Cobban Architect for 20 years now. While interested in Leed Sustainable Design in 2005, I am currently interested in Passive House Design as an alternative sustainable strategy for architecture.

Understanding the owner/client's dreams and intentions, both for livability and architectural identity as well as for site potentials, are our primary priority. We evolve the design both inside and outside from those ideas. Our work ranges from small renovations and furniture design, re-imagining interior spaces, single-family houses and townhouses, to multi-family apartments and condominiums.

We are experienced in designing commercial buildings such as industrial warehouses, retail outlets, offices and medical centers. We have worked with tilt and steel construction, curtain wall, and wood construction. We strive to develop buildings with identity and impact; generally, municipalities react positively to our development permit proposals.
Interior Design

We consider architecture as the designing of spaces ranging from both interior habitable spaces to exterior landscape spaces, not simply the designing of building facades. Following this idea, we offer interior design services, working with you to specify built-in and customized furniture, colours and surface finishes, and lighting design and acoustics.
