Carpet Cleaning
Our hot water extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens using truck-mounted systems for maximum efficiency. We pre-treat stains, apply pH-neutral solutions, and use high-powered extraction to restore carpets. Post-cleaning, we apply protective treatments and guarantee results with a 30-day spot-free promise.
Duct Cleaning
We clean HVAC systems with specialized tools and camera inspections to remove dust, mold, and debris. Our process includes furnace cleaning, sanitization, and fogging to improve indoor air quality. Competitive pricing starts at $295, with guarantees against recontamination.
Upholstery Cleaning
Certified technicians use low-moisture techniques to clean sofas, chairs, and mattresses, preserving fabric integrity. We apply fabric guards and deodorizers while avoiding harsh chemicals. Pricing starts at $60 for chairs, with specialized treatments for cotton and microfiber.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning lifts grime from porous grout, restoring tile appearance. We seal grout lines to prevent future staining and offer spot removal for bathroom discoloration. Commercial-grade equipment ensures lasting results for kitchens and bathrooms.
Flood Restoration
Emergency water extraction services mitigate damage using subsurface extractors and industrial dehumidifiers. We handle sewage backups, drywall repairs, and mold prevention, working with insurance providers to streamline claims. Available 24/7 for urgent needs.

Loved AAA Steam Carpet Cleaning. Our technician was very professional, took great care with our home (used corner barriers to prevent scuffing and floor coverings). He was fast and efficient and very knowledgeable as we had many questions. The results are great and the price reasonable. Thanks so much for your great service. Five stars!
