Business Details
We have served the Fraser Valley for over 50 years, building a legacy of trust across three generations of family ownership. Our journey began with a simple commitment to protecting local properties, and that dedication has only deepened with time. We are completely independent of out-of-province franchise groups, ensuring our decisions are guided solely by the needs of our neighbours. Our expertise spans from routine residential pump-outs to complex industrial diagnostics and structural field repairs. We deploy high-definition inspection technology to identify sluggish system points before they escalate into catastrophic failures. Our fully loaded trucks are ready for emergency response, because we understand system back-ups do not wait for business hours.
We prioritize proactive education, advising clients that routine flushes every one to three years drastically prolong system lifespans. Our team holds full certification and operates with a level of workmanship that has earned word-of-mouth trust across communities like Chilliwack, Abbotsford, and Langley. We approach every job with the integrity expected of a family business, treating your property with the same care we would our own. Our dispatch grid remains fully operational daily, ensuring rapid routing and minimal downtime for your household or commercial operation. We believe in solving problems before they become emergencies, preserving the health of your drainage fields for decades to come.

We had our septic system pumped by Chilliwack Septic and they were easy to communicate with, on time and professional. We recently purchased the home and it is our first time on a septic system-Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing 'tips' with septic maintenance and advice on the overall do's and don'ts. Will definitely hire Chilliwack Septic again.

Excellent response time and very honest. Instead of sticking me with a bill to clean my RV septic tank, the company gave me a variety of methods so I could try to clean it myself for free. Not the type of service one expects to receive these days.
