Services
Septic Tank Cleaning
Our septic tank cleaning service removes solids and sludge to prevent system failures. Regular pumping extends tank longevity and avoids costly repairs. Clients in Langley, Surrey, and beyond rely on our efficient, odor-free process.
Hydro Vac Services
Hydro vac services use high-pressure water and vacuum to safely excavate soil around utilities. This non-destructive method is ideal for precise digging near pipelines or foundations in commercial and municipal settings.
Grease Trap Maintenance
We clean and inspect grease traps to prevent blockages in restaurant and commercial kitchen drainage systems. Regular maintenance ensures compliance with wastewater regulations and avoids foul odors or backups.
Storm Drain Cleaning
Storm drain cleaning removes debris like leaves and sand to prevent flooding. Our high-powered vacuum trucks clear catch basins and drains, maintaining site safety during heavy rains and avoiding environmental fines.
Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance includes regular inspections and cleanings to identify issues early. Tailored programs for commercial and municipal clients reduce repair costs and ensure compliance with local bylaws.

My Dad who is 82 and a veteran and I went to Home Depot to get some plumbing pipes to fit his new dry sink and after trying all kinds of different attachments and help from the store worker with no luck at all! Thats when Colt over heard our frustration offered his help! He spent close to 45 min with us making sure we had the right fittings to our dry sink! He was very knowledgeable with finding the right fittings and made sure we knew exactly how to attach everything! He was very professional and most of all he offered his help when he was just a customer in the store offering his knowledge

Positive:Quality
After 11 years of what I thought was good service with other companies, we found things had not been serviced properly on our septic tank. ACE came out within a day of speaking to them and did things the right way. The money was worth knowing that the problems we previously had were repaired correctly and not a band-aid solution.
