Our certified technicians use heat treatments and targeted chemical applications to eliminate bed bugs at all life stages. We conduct thorough inspections of mattresses, furniture, and wall cracks, followed by comprehensive treatment plans. The process includes follow-up monitoring to ensure complete eradication while maintaining safety for residents and pets. Our methods address both visible infestations and hidden colonies.
Rodent Remediation
We implement humane exclusion techniques and trapping systems to remove mice, rats, and squirrels from residential and commercial properties. Our process includes identifying entry points, sanitizing contaminated areas, and replacing damaged insulation. We address health risks from droppings and urine while restoring insulation R-values to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality.
Wildlife Exclusion
Our specialists handle safe, legal removal of bats, raccoons, and other wildlife from attics and structures. We install one-way exclusion devices, sanitize affected areas, and seal entry points to prevent re-entry. The process follows wildlife protection regulations while addressing health hazards from animal waste and structural damage.

We provide targeted treatments for subterranean and drywood termites using liquid termiticides and baiting systems. Our inspections identify moisture issues and wood damage, followed by perimeter treatments and ongoing monitoring. We had a very helpful visit from Blair at Old Island Pest control about what appeared to be a bee or wasp nest in some old overgrown pampass grass we want to remove. It turns out the hive is bumble bees and instead of destroying the hive and killing the bees we can simply wait until the bumble bees are dormant in late October and remove the grass then. I see this as a successful out come as we can avoid killing beneficial insects which have already been hard hit by human activities. While we haven't yet contracted for service I wouldn't hesitate to use them based on the knowledgeable, timely and

We called and they showed up the same day. Listened to our concerns, checked our entire home, sealed holes, put traps and bait, told us to call if we had more concerns. Came back a week later to check traps and remove dead rodents, re-baited, will continue to return as needed. They are friendly, professional, experienced, and THOROUGH! Better than the other companies we called that either came once and just set traps without inspection or told us they were "too busy." You can't go wrong with these guys for your pest control needs. We are so happy with the service!

The owner Blair is a true professional. The best any other company could ever hope to achieve would be to attempt to match Blairs knowledge & excellent customer service standard. Old Island Pest Control's 5 star review was an easy one for me to justify. Thanks Blair!
