** Update ***
Victoria Pest Control came back and offered me several additional treatments at no cost. Not sure why this bed bug issue persisted for several months but we are now bed bug free and I am extremely thankful to Victoria Pest Control for their amazing customer service, they really went the extra mile for me. Thank you SO much!

I used Victoria Pest Control because I had a bed bug infestation on one of my couches. It was a moderate infestation mostly contained to one couch. I had treatment done multiple times by one of the pest control technician, who was great. Professional service

Critical:Professionalism
One of their workers driving a truck almost struck two people in a marked crosswalk this morning and instead of apologizing they yelled and gestured at them like it was their fault. Hope theyre safer about their service then they are on the road.

Quick initial call back, arrived on time. Ashley was entirely knowledgeable and extremely professional. The post-onsite report was thorough and easy to understand and invoicing was a breeze! The wasps have not returned just as they said would happen. I highly recommend them!

Chris has come to our house many times to inspect the attic for rodents, lay traps and seal up every possible entry point. Our house is secure and rodent free now. Chris is a super nice guy and does an extremely good job. It's not easy to get into and out of the attic and to work up there but he's never complained - he's just done what he needed to to get the job done. He's always on time, easy to communicate with, etc. I highly recommend Victoria Pest Control and Chris.
