Excellent service. New hot water tank supplied and installed within 24 hours of calling. After 7 days without hot water waiting for another company that did not seem too interested in helping us.

Horrible service from the office. I had them do a simple install. First day, they just didn't show up. When I called at end of day (after staying home all day waiting), owner didn't seem to care. no apology. Blamed it on an a broken down truck. The next day, they came on time, but made a mistake on install that led to water leaking through to my basement, causing some minor damage and inconvenience.
I politely called about the mistake, and the owner, Dave, mocked me completely unprovoked. Again, he could care less and I never raised my voice and was courteous. Plumber returned the next day to repair

Never received a phone call back after speaking with the office a week ago. I was told I would get a phone call on Monday and as of Thursday - I've still yet to hear back. When I talked about getting a quote, for a new bath tub insert and a swap out and install of a new shower, I was told I would need a carpenter? Last time I checked this was a plumbing company. I've now contracted a reliable and responsible plumbing company from Barrie.

Called in for an emergency AC repair at our property with resident being 80 years old. First call was great, lady was very friendly and recommended another contractor. I called back to book them and the man that answered was extremely rude. Told me to tell the resident to crack a window. His attitude was remarkably rude. I won't be recommending this company to anyone.

Disorganized and no-shows. Twice I've had them come to look at issues. They take a look and then say they'll come back in a week. Then they don't show up at all. I haven't bothered to cancel because obviously they've forgotten or misplaced my info. Who knows and who cares why.
