Quoted $1500 to install sump pump with backup system. Charged $2300 because ""I had a nice car in the driveway" then laughed. This job should have cost no more than $1200. Will never allow this company on my property again.

My hot water heater broke down and after dealing with another company who never showed I called these guys. They came out and diagnosed the problem within 2 hours of placing the phone call. They had to order me a new hot water heater and said they would be back the following morning to install it by 8am. The next morning I looked out in my driveway and they were there at 7:50am. They did the install very quick and efficiently. The guys are polite and well mannered. I would recommend and use Carter plumbing in a heart beat again

I had three small /simple jobs for company to complete. I was told they would be done in a short day. Job ended up getting stretched out over two days. When bills came in I got over charged hours from the first day. And charged a crazy amount for parts- which Ive requested, serves times, a breakdown of which they wont give me. They will not answer emails or return phone calls to address these issues. The work was great and well done but because I got ripped off on the bill and their poor customer service I dont recommend this company.
