I wanted to give them a high rating as I know many people who own their own businesses and I'm not here to take away business, I just want what has been agreed upon. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the job. As it states on the website 100% guarantee money back. After many back and forth text messages where I admit I may have come across frustrated but as the customer I was dealt with unpleasant, sharp and quite rude responses. I was shocked at the way I was spoken to. I have reached out numerous times via email to follow up on the agreed refund to be e-transferred as I had paid
