Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilizes truck-mounted equipment and eco-friendly solutions to remove deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains while preserving carpet fibers. Technicians employ hot water extraction methods that meet IICRC standards, ensuring thorough cleaning that extends carpet lifespan. Ideal for residential and commercial properties seeking improved indoor air quality and restored appearance.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialized upholstery cleaning services restore fabric and leather furniture using pH-balanced cleaners that maintain material integrity. Our technicians employ gentle extraction techniques to remove embedded soils and stains while preserving fabric texture. Recommended for sofas, chairs, and office furniture requiring deep cleaning without damage.
Area Rug Cleaning
Comprehensive area rug cleaning combines manual pre-treatment with controlled water pressure washing to remove contaminants without compromising fibers. Services include rug appraisal, fringe restoration, and protective padding installation. Suitable for oriental, Persian, and synthetic rugs requiring professional-grade cleaning.
Air Duct Cleaning
HVAC duct cleaning services use industrial vacuums and rotary brushes to eliminate accumulated dust, mold spores, and allergens from residential and commercial ventilation systems. The process improves air quality and system efficiency while meeting NADCA standards for ductwork maintenance.
Stain Removal
Targeted stain removal employs specialized enzymatic cleaners and solvent-based solutions to tackle organic and inorganic stains. Technicians use multi-stage treatments for challenging spots like wine, pet accidents, and oil-based contaminants, with pre-treatment testing to ensure fabric safety.

Great experience using Reliable. They picked up our carpet that was really looking quite disgusting, and brought it back looking brand new. So impressed.

I was really impressed with the quality of service provided by Gord and his team when they came on site. The entire process from getting the services quoted, scheduled and completed was seamless. They arrived right on time, did a great job of the work, and it was very reassuring to have people who have been in the business for as long as they have do the work. Would happily use them again.

Disappointed. Have had carpets serviced by them before with no problem. Upholstery too...all good. But this time I cleaned the carpet 5 weeks after Reliable did it because we have a person with allergies and after 6 passes, the water was still dark with dirt. We dont wear shoes in the house and there isnt a lot of traffic in the carpeted area. Have to wonder how much dirt they left behind. For the new raised price, this is disappointing.

I chose to use Reliables services based solely on their reviews, and the reviews were right, they're a 5 star business all the way. My entire experience went smoothly and stress free. Both Stephen and Shawn were very informative and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went amazing, and on schedule. The price was great, and the finished product looked beautiful. I had a 8 year old Couch and Love seat that I brought over from Europe and had them steam cleaned. Im extremely happy with their services. I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend using Reliable
